nokia 6700 classic has no option to play via loudspeaker?!

As per website , it has Play via — to select the headset or the loudspeaker for radio setting

pls explain the discrepancy with the actual phone.
i have the impression nokia is not keen to review or look into the problem by simply say
"We can verify that your Nokia 6700 Classic does not support the loudspeaker".
